Please test out your computer or device on this link before the live event to make sure your maximize your viewing experience!

You are responsible for making sure your tech works - we want you to be able to attend live so please:

1) Use the chrome browser

2) Close all other internet using apps - mail, calendar, browser, ETC!

3) Ensure you have good internet speed (you can do a speed test with Shaw or your internet provider. http://speedtest.shaw.ca and they can help you interpret it however atleast 100Mbps down and 5Mbps or more up is a “good” standard for live streaming) - bottom line - we want all of your internet capacity dedicated to the webinar - not Instagram or Facebook!

*We strongly suggest 'hard-lining' in. AKA - no wifi or wireless internet - use the good ol' ethernet cable OR make sure your speed is good!

4) Refresh the page. You can do so by following the troubleshooting guide or just by pressing refresh

5) Check your tech! If you're part of a large company confirm you are allowed to stream and get the necessary permissions required to access YouTube/Google Hangouts.
